Guy Renner-Thompson has come 3rd in North East Mayor election.
Following the counting of the votes Guy said, "Thank you to everyone who gave me their votes yesterday. I came 3rd with 52,446 votes. Enough to fill St James’ Park!
Congratulations to Kim McGuinness for her victory. I look forward to working with her on taking the North East forward with the new North East Combined Authority"
